A Night at the Roxbury Head Bob

The ladies at daycare tell me that I remind them of the "Night at the Roxbury Head Bob." I love to move my head back and forth and then bob on one side of my head. I won't let Mommy capture that part on video.

Peek a Boo

My new things is to squint my eyes shut really tight when I smile and giggle. I make it tough to capture on camera. Mommy says that I am turning into a really big flirt and my personality is really starting to shine.
Peek a Boo in the morning is what I love to do...

Speed Bump

This toy is the greatest thing since sliced bread! Thanks again to my Aunt Jenn and Uncle Jeff! It keeps me busy for hours and wears me out! I get the idea that I am supposed to turn and adjust but I can't quite get it to cooperate in the direction I need it to go. I just go with it and end up pushing it from all angles. The speed bump still gets the best of me. Mommy and Daddy say their walls will never be the same. I'll take that as a compliment!

Only two more days until we go to Mexico! Can't wait to see the ocean and play in a pool with my Nana and Papa for TEN days! I am going to get to sit and eat fresh avocados (my favorite) and pineapple side by side with Papa. I'll be running around scaring people with my Nana. I think I picked up this trait from her.

First Airplane Ride - Twins Spring Training

My Daddy has always wanted to go to Twins Baseball Spring Training in Florida. This was the year! We flew down on Friday, March 2nd and returned on Sunday. I was such a good little traveler - must get it from my Daddy. I loved people watching at the airport and being in a new environment.

We rode in style, first class...  I played peek a boo with the people riding back in coach class. I had my own little seat between Mommy and Daddy (the arm rest).

I slept both ways on the flight and Mommy loved every minute of the cuddle time.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton... It pays to have Daddy in the travel industry... My favorite part of the whole trip was the Ritz-Carlton bed. I loved to crawl around on it and play with the pillows. It was so comfy and soft!

I even had breakfast in bed! Mmm... Cheerios!

The weather was great! 80's and sunny.... and windy. I didn't like the wind so much and the sun was bright for my eyes. We lucked out sitting in the shade.

I had my own little picnic on a blanket during the game. I loved walking along the bench.

I'm Flying ... and Waving

"I'm Flying" ... Daddy puts me in the air and acts like I am an airplane. It is one of my favorite things to do these days! Waving is part of my every day behavior. Sometimes, my hand gets a little out of control, but at least I can say I can do it!

Walking Practice

Daddy and I typically go on a stroll once a day to practice my walking skills. My balance is so good. I am waiting for the perfect moment to go on my own.

Hampers

I love getting into hampers... It is so much fun!

Mommy and Daddy will carry me in my hamper from the main level up to my room. I giggle the whole way...

Shopping Extravaganza

Now that I have my new car seat, Mommy can no longer bring me in and out of Target in my car seat. I have a whole new view of the world in the shopping cart. I start out in the spot that is specially designed for children. It gets boring, real fast! Mommy lets me get in the basket and hold on to the sides while she pushes me around and makes fun car noises. I giggle and ham it up for every person passing by.

Climber

I've mastered the "climber" in the room at school. I know how to go up and down the stairs all on my own! It has taught me how to get on and off the couch at home too! Ellie, Jacob, and I spend many hours on the climber and chasing each other around the room. I was served my first papers this past week. I am moving up to the older infants room when we return from vacation. There will be a lot more stuff for me to do that will keep me entertained.

My New Ride

We officially upgraded my car seat, as I am getting way too long for my infant carseat. That's for the babies, anyway!

Pooh Bear

I am a bit obsessed with my Pooh bear... I love to hold his right ear and walk around with him. I get so excited when I see him. I'm willing to run anything over to get a hold of him.

I love to drop him behind the couch and look for him. It is a fun game to see how many times Mommy and Daddy will get him for me before finally giving up.

Vacation for Mom and Dad = Spoiled by Nana

Mom and Dad went to California for four days at the end of January to celebrate their good friends 40th birthday. I got to hang out with my Nana... Even though I was not feeling well, I still enjoyed being spoiled!

This was the backyard of the house we rented with 8 other couples...

Visitors from South Dakota

Wow! It has been a looooong time since Mommy has updated my blog, but I've continued to carry on... She apologies for not posting much over the past two months. Life has been busy and we've been having fun!

My Mommy and Daddy's good friends, Stacy and Tim, came to visit me at the end of January. They were so fun! We went out to dinner with them. I loved eating puffs in the high chair at the restaurant. My track suit was a big hit! I loved Aunt Fannie's (Stacy's) lips! I hope I have lips like hers when I am older!
