Happy 1st Easter!

Look what the Easter Bunny brought me... my very own Easter bunny and a beautiful Easter basket with fun pink that I can use for all the years to come.

My Nana bought me a beautiful Easter dress that I wore to my first Sunday morning Mass today! I slept through the whole thing, but Father Lybarger made sure I received a healthy spray of Holy water. He even stopped and gave me a blessing on my forehead. I zonked after all that hard work...

Oh, How I Love My Bouncy Chair

My Little Lamb bouncy chair is so soft and comfortable! I really enjoy sleeping in it. Thank you Aunt Lois and Cousin Diane for giving it to me... It is one of my favorite gifts!

My First Bath

Nana Debbie showed my Mommy how to give me a sponge bath before she left. My umbilical cord fell off yesterday, so I was able to get a full bath today. Mommy and Daddy did it all on their own today. Being naked is not my thing... After pooping in the tub, they managed to get me clean. I guess being clean isn't so bad afterwords.

Bye Bye Nana Debbie

Nana Debbie left yesterday. Between my Mommy and me, we made her pretty tired. We so appreciated her coming to help until we learned the ropes. Just like my shirt says, "I love hugs from my Nana." Next week, my other Grandma Rose is coming to meet me. Oh, I am so excited!

One Eye Willie

My Mommy has been calling me "One Eye Willie." I love to peak with one eye to see what is going on and who is watching me. I guess I need to be a little trickier!

Sometimes I sleep with a grin on my face too. No one will ever know what I am thinking or dreaming about.

Welcome Home!

Mommy and Daddy were so excited to bring me home on Monday, April 18th! I didn't want to put any clothes on after being in a diaper under UV rays for three days....

It was fun watching Mommy and Daddy put me in the car seat... Rookies! Daddy carried me out of the hospital and was basically running. I think he was pretty excited to bring me to my new home in Minnetonka.

Nana Debbie was waiting for us when we arrived home. She was so excited to have me home so she could love me up. Mommy was so thankful she was there to, so she could learn what to do with me :)

My Daddy is so proud of me and always tells me how beautiful I am regardless of all my diaper changes.

My Hospital Stay

Daddy's first diaper change left my Mommy in tears ... laughing tears that is! Take a look for yourself! I love the part where Daddy wipes the sweat off his nose...

Oh, how I love to sleep next to Mommy and Daddy!

I love sitting up to burp! It makes me feel so much better!

I passed my first hearing screen test! They put these cool earphones on me to see how well I can hear. With my Daddy's loud voice that I've been listening to the last nine months, how could I not pass?!?!

Papa Gary thought that I looked like a movie star with my goggles on under the UV rays to help treat my Bilirubin and Coombs. I was sooo happy to come out from under the lights and go home!

It's a Girl!!!!

Tony looked at me and said, "It's a girl!" We both started crying and said, "Hello, Katherine" without any hesitation. Miss Kate has finally arrived and is a beautiful addition to this world! She already has her Daddy wrapped around her little finger!

I love to fall asleep when I am nursing... It makes it more challenging and interesting for my Mommy!

Nana Debbie helped my Mommy through delivery and was so excited to meet me.

What will be, Will be ...

Only eight more days until Baby Wagner is expected to arrive in this world... Will it be a he or she? Will he/she be on time or late? Only God knows...

Momma is ready! After cleaning the refrigerator out yesterday and going through cupboards, I realized this is what people must call "nesting."

Dad is almost ready! Tony got the car seats installed in both of our cars last weekend, so we be can bring the lil' tike home safely. He got his pamphlet out on "what to do during labor" yesterday and informed me that later in the delivery it can get just as stressful for him. Hmm.... I don't think he should use that line during labor.

For those of you wondering what a 39 week old baby looks like on me ...
