October Fun

Will started pulling himself up at the end of October (10 months). He is into everything and is so much more active than Kate every was. He loves crawling over you if you are lying on the floor.

He scrunches up his nose and breathes heavily in and out when he is excited or wants you to pick him up.

The teachers found Will comfortably laying across a boppy pillow reading a book.
Oh, how he loves buggy rides!

Trick or Treat (Oct)

Nana and Papa dressed up identical to Kate and Will ... Cat Woman and Batman

Jackie, our neighbor, dressed up just for Kate!

It was quite cold! Kate tried her first s'mores at a house that had a campfire and movies playing outdoors.

Pumpkin Carving (Oct)

Nana and Papa made it up for Halloween weekend. It was extra special! Papa had the honors of cleaning out the pumpkin and baking the seeds.

Wow! Look at all of the goo and pumpkin seeds.
No thank you! I don't like that slimy stuff.
Carving the pumpkin into a...
...devil. It was so fitting!

Halloween Parade (Oct)

Will (aka Batman) stared in his first Halloween Parade through New Horizon at Best Buy. He was so dazed and tired and wasn't sure what was going on.
Cat Woman (aka Kate) was SO proud. It was the first year she was able to walk in the parade versus being in a buggy. She made it through the whole program without on tear shed. It was quite amazing!
Miss. Sarah is one of Will's teachers. She is his little lover. He adores her.

Zoo Boo with the Hughes' (Oct)

When we arrived the line was wrapped around and was about a 45 - 60 minute wait just to get in. I guess this is what happens when you have 70 degree weather in October in Minnesota. Everyone comes out of the woodwork!

Cat Woman! Not sure if princesses will ever make it in the line up. She is already talking Bat Girl for next year.

 Max, Sammy, and Kate

Playdate with the Baeth's (Oct)

Brooke and I met at Apple Jack Orchards with the girls in October. What a fun meeting spot!

Delaney and Kate

I was praying Kate wouldn't end up with ringworm on her bottom like her Daddy did after Mexico one year. The horses did not look the cleanest.

Additional September Fun

Miss Stephanie has really helped Kate progress in swimming. She actually willing puts her face in the water now!

Como Town next to Como Zoo ... riding the train proudly
Driving the horses
Tea cups... Aunt Jenn would not have liked this ride! Kate spun us so much Mommy felt sick for about an hour after
Love the lick of the finger to turn the page in a book and Miss Lynnea caught it on camera!
Kate's first show and tell at school

Playing eye doctor and making appointments
